Appointment Services

Full services always come with a shampoo.

Multiple services will only be given if they are ALL booked. For example if you would like to add a treatment of trim to a TLC service it must be booked as well.

Cancellations must be made online before and require a $25 fee if canceling the same day. No exceptions.

No call no show will not allow future appointments.

Hair purchases

All hair purchases are final once worn, cut, or colored.

Refunds are available within 72 hours of delivery as long as they are still packaged and unused.
